PUBLICATIONS

The PIO and DA&M releases various publications throughout the year including:

• Enterprise Transition Plan (ETP)
  The ETP is the Department's statutorily required roadmap for its Defense business systems that are new or being modernized.


• National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2012 Investment Review Board Report
  Pursuant to Section 901 of the NDAA for Fiscal Year 2012, this is a report to Congress on the DoD Investment Review Board and Investment Management Process for Defense Business Systems.


• Organizational Assessment
  The DA&M is responsible for completing and transmitting an Annual Organizational Assessment based on annual performance results, pursuant to DoD's Annual Performance Plan and other DoD-wide and DoD Component-specific performance results.


• Congressional Report
  The annual Congressional report on Defense Business Operations highlights the Department's noteworthy efforts to implement a business management model that improves business services to the warfighter by aligning the Department's business strategy with Information Technology Investment.


• Open Government Plan
  The Open Government Plan lays out the history and future course of the agency's work in support of the goal of a more open and transparent government.


• National Defense Business Operations Plan
  The National Defense Business Operations Plan addresses reforms in each of the Secretary's lines of effort from a business and mission support perspective.
