The Office of the Future
The Office of the Future Assessment is key to understanding what workplace strategies will best support your organization.
The assessment will be administered to leadership, senior HR staff, senior IT staff and supervisors. This questionnaire asks a series of detailed questions about aspects of the workplace ranging from work styles to IT capabilities. The responses to the questions will be scored to generate your component’s office of the future assessment score. The readiness score is a numerical assignment that will inform what type of solutions may be best for your component and give an approximate timeline of implementation readiness.
