The Information Management & Technology Directorate within the Office of the Director of Administration & Management Overview serves 19 Principal Staff Assistants and components of 5 Defense Agencies/Field Activities.

Acting Director for Information Management & Technology – Charles H. Osborn

Mr. Charles Osborn serves as the Acting Director, Information Management and Technology (IM&T) and Deputy Chief Information Officer (CIO) within the Office of the Secretary of War, Office of the Director of Administration and Management. In this role, he leads the strategic modernization of the OSD IT enterprise to ensure the highest levels of DoW leadership have access to a modern, digital user experience to execute their mission. He ensures the continuous improvements of the OSW IT enterprise through strategy, governance, performance management, resource management, and stakeholder involvement.
