Mission:

Serves as the Executive Secretariat for the Department of the Defense's (DOD's) governance and integration body for the Defense Performance Improvement Council (DPIC), facilitating coordination among OSD PSAs for matters associated with senior management.

What We Do:

Synchronizes the Defense Performance Improvement Council governance activities that allow council members to provide practical guidance and operations procedures to OSD and DoD stakeholders. Assists the Performance Improvement Officer in enabling portfolio establishment of policy, guidance and augmenting approaches to performance and strategic requirements for the PIO. Initiates stakeholder outreach activities through survey data collection, newsletters, and web presence that portrays performance management activities and informs leaders with the latest updates on strategic management and performance planning processes.
