The intent of the End-to-End (E2E) framework is to serve as the foundation for Business Process Reengineering (BPR), which drives business improvement and encourages interoperability, ensuring defense business systems support and enabling cross functional Business Mission Area processes. This framework provides a common point of reference for E2E efforts throughout all levels of the DoD.
